REFUND POLICY

At Bost Creations, every item is made with care and created specifically for each customer. Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, we ask that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom and personalized orders are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error in your order.
Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom orders. Your order will not be started until the deposit has been received.
Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all design proofs, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, and other details before approving production. Once approval has been given, Bost Creations is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup.

Once we review your claim, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins. If production has already started, the order cannot be canceled and any deposit paid will remain non-refundable.
Shipping
Bost Creations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
